Eligibility: Students belonging to SC, ST, SCA, and Converted Christians.

Merit cum Means Award

Sanctioning Authority: Adidravidar Welfare Officer, Chennai

Eligibility: Students belonging to SC, ST, SCA, and Converted Christians.

Higher Educational Special Scholarship (HESS)

Sanctioning Authority: District Adidravidar Welfare Officer

Eligibility: Hostellers with Parents' Annual Income Limit of Rs. 2,00,000/-

Farmer’s Children Welfare Scholarship

Sanctioning Authority: Tamil Nadu Government

Eligibility: Students whose parents have the Farmer’s Social Welfare Security Scheme Card.

Minority Welfare Scholarship

Sanctioning Authority: Tamil Nadu Government

Eligibility: Meritorious minority community students with minimum 50% marks. Parental annual income limit: Rs. 2,50,000/-

  • Students belong to SC, ST, SCC community are eligible to apply.
  • All UG, PG, M.Phil, and Ph.D. students are eligible.
  • Annual income ceiling is ₹2,50,000 for PG courses. No income limit for UG courses.

Higher Education Special Scholarship Scheme for Hostel Students (SC, ST, SCC Community only)

  • Students from SC, ST, SCC community staying in a college hostel can apply.
  • All UG and PG students are eligible.
  • Annual income ceiling is ₹2,00,000.

Post Matric Minority Scholarship

  • Eligible communities: Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, Zoroastrians (Parsis).
  • All UG, PG, M.Phil, and Ph.D. students are eligible.
  • Minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade required in the previous year final exam.
  • Annual income ceiling is ₹2,00,000.
